The perfect Mojito:
In a cocktail shaker, crush fresh mint leaves, squeeze 1/4 lime, add 1 T sugar (Splenda if you're trying to slim down or have diabetes) and a generous shot of white rum. Add ice and shake.
Pour into cocktail glass (highball size) over ice. Garnish with mint leaves and lime and add a splash of club soda.
Voila!
